paul davenport, presisdent of UWO is getting ready to speak

bonnie mclaughlin is opening things-- speaking on behalf of the women's caucus who is hosting the event. she's saying this forum is :

1. to share some of the ways we've been affected
2. act as community with diverse voices to come up with ideas to move forward with-- w working and playing environment respectful of everyone and safe
3. she's explaining the ground rules for the talk
4. her assurances: this will remain a constructive dialogue in keeping with Ontario Human Rights Code and UWO's codes.
5. synopsis from this meeting will be posted on women's caucus website
6. there is a police presence here
7. a space is provided to debrief the meeting with trauma counsellors on site
8. this has not been organized to target men
